What Is TubeSaver?
TubeSaver is a retrofit conversion pack for both switch start and quick start luminaires. It enables you to install the latest T5 High Frequency System into older existing fittings that lack such energy saving technology. Thus generating substantial cost savings and dramatically cutting energy consumption.
How Does TubeSaver Work?
TubeSaver simply plugs into existing luminaires, transforming them electronically from conventional control gear to new generation high frequency luminaires. TubeSaver contains a retrofit system so you can fit new generation T5 tubes.
The Design Concept
New Generation Technology – High frequency lighting ballasts give circuit power savings of up to 25%, combine this with the new generation T5 tube and TubeSaver generates savings of up to 60%, whilst maintaining lighting levels. The vast majority of luminaires throughout the world operate on conventional magnetic ballasts and certainly cannot accept the new generation T5 tube. TubeSaver has been designed to overcome this problem, it’s electronic components are designed to convert existing luminaires to a high frequency operation. TubeSaver then acts as a cradle to accept the new generation T5 tube.
